Ron Hajjar is Co-Founder and Managing Director of RT Forensic Accountants, LLC (RTFA). With a career spanning nearly three decades, Ron handles property damage, business interruption, extra expense and builder’s risk claims for national and global corporations. Ron’s keen focus on understanding and fulfilling client expectations, delivering timely loss settlements, and fostering long term industry relationships, has established him as one of the foremost experts in his field.
Prior to launching RTFA, Ron served as Managing Director of Aon Global Risk Consulting’s Claims Preparation practice. In this role, Ron led a team of 30 professionals comprised of loss accountants, engineers, project managers, and other claim specialists across the U.S. in managing complex claims for marquee clients including several Fortune 100 companies.
Before Aon, Ron was a Senior Partner at forensic accounting firm, Dempsey Partners, where he led the Southwest region. For nearly 18 years at Dempsey Partners and its predecessor Dempsey, Myers & Company, Ron developed his expertise in the energy, chemical, paper and food & beverage industries.
Ron is a frequent speaker at Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS) functions and other industry conferences. He is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Babson College.
In his spare time Ron enjoys grilling, playing golf and spending time outdoors with his family and dog Eli, whose name pays homage to two-time Super Bowl MVP Eli Manning.
